Buyers come in all ages. When shopping for a condo, buyers are looking to
see how they could set it up to live there…

Staging your condo for sale is the best way to show buyers how they could
set it up and fit the items they need in the suite.

If the location is right and they can afford it… it will be easy for them
to decide to go ahead and buy it.

Bedrooms in Condos are very tricky. People always think the bed takes up
more space than it actually does. Showing a queen size bed in the primary
bedroom is key.

For the 2nd bedroom, depending on space, we typically like to show a double
bed.

When the bedroom is very large it would be better to show a king size bed.
Most stagers don’t carry those. We are the first in the city to use King size beds to use for staging.

The price of the condo is also something that we take into consideration when staging a condo. The furniture should reflect the price level of the suite. That is why we ask, how much you are planning to list your condo for.

It is important that the furniture, art, and accessories used, will appeal to the right buyer and the price point it is listed for. A buyer who is 30 years old, is not going to like the same style as a 65 year old… We try to see who is the main buyer age in the building and appeal to them.
