Our client tried to sell this house while they had a tenant in there… the market was HOT but there were no interest in purchasing. Once the tenant moved out, he painted, and we staged it… SOLD!
Its very difficult to make sure your tenant has nice bedding and makes their bed when you send your photographer… so then you end up with photos like this on the left… not impressive to put on MLS. People buy with their eyes… having a nicely made up bed is so important when selling your home!
