how to update an 80's kitchen on a budget

I went to visit the house with Elain Mok, our long time client. I did give some recommendations – a little paint, some new hardware, changing some lights. The owners relocated to a new city and we were given an empty shell to fill.

How fun was that! We just got some new furniture in a few days before the staging day and we decided to show it off here. Well they did 99% of what we suggested, and as you can see… the results were amazing. Listed on a Tuesday, in under a week, they had 115 Showings. For this price point, its really fantastic.
