This house was listed for about 1 year before we staged it. Once it was staged and re-listed - it SOLD in only 3 weeks!!
This Builder could have saved a lot of money by staging this house when it was first put on the market over a year ago... here is what the agent had to say:

This young couple bought a new house and needed to sell this one. We came in to do the consultation and advised them to remove most of their furniture and replace with lighter, more modern items. They also had a large piano in the dining room which we strongly recommended to remove. They listened to everything we recommended and guess what? They got a great price in return.

This is probably the largest room we ever staged! Walking into the room, it was very hard to see how we could accomplish this huge task, but by carefully planning this project, we managed to get it done in one very long day!
