When we came in to see the suite, it was occupied by a tenant. Some owners are in a rush to sell and list their property with the tenant living in there. This is never a good idea. It will never look perfect, and you need to give 24hrs notice... all sorts of obstacles. Waiting until the lease is done and presenting it in the right way, will bring you much better and faster results.
We were able to show a spacious living room dining room in the main room and show the den as an extra bedroom / office. this gives buyers vision of how they could live there.
