Small Condos

Staged Living Room
The smaller the condo is, the more important it is to hire an experienced stager to make your condo look as big and cozy as possible.
The scale of the furniture, colors, and size of art and accessories all play an important part in making the condo look spacious.
The smaller the space, the better it needs to look.

Vacant Living Room before Staging

Staged Living Room with The Last Detail
The Last Detail Team has staged hundreds of small condo's all around the city. We have the perfect scale furniture pieces to make any condo appear as large as possible.

Dining Room, before Staging
If you live in the condo, we would need to start from a consultation. A designer will come to your home and tell you what is best to do in order to showcase your condo in it's light.

Dining Room After Staging with the Last Detail
This may mean removing some furniture, and art. It may also mean painting, or changing light fixtures, adding a back-splash, etc.
This will be determined at the consultation in your home. At the end of the consultation, the designer will provide a quote for staging your condo.
Then you can decide if you wish to do it yourself or hire The Last Detail to help you perfect the look.

Bedroom Before Staging

Especially when it comes to small spaces, it is always wise to hire a stager to get the best look possible for your space.
An experienced stager will know where to hang art, where its good to add a lamp, what color the pillows should be, etc.
For vacant condo's as you can see in the photos to the right, the condo looks so much larger once the right scale furniture is inside.
It is not enough to just have a nice clean floor and a fresh coat of paint. sometimes it is wiser to invest in staging than changing a damaged floor or painting the walls.
Many times an owner will spend money on things that may not be needed, then when they hear about staging, they wish they would have known about it before.
Staged condo's by the Last Detail Home staging typically sell in the first 2 weeks of listing, for asking or over asking price.
