We start with a consultation in your clients home. Then it will depend on what your client needs.
our staging Services start from $2,500 plus tax. this does include some furniture, art, and accessories. Staging/Design services, delivery and pickup. Our clients know that photos of a staged property by us will help the property look newer, in better condition and over all more attractive.
We take extra care to think about how the house/condo will look in photos and make sure it will “shine” for the camera. We have lots of little tricks to make the property look amazing for the photographer. Looking at pictures of empty rooms or with clients old furniture, is not attractive to buyers.
