Living Room- After

Another success for The Last Detail Team. Here are some photos of what we did in the house. As you will see, the property had nice items, just needed The Last Detail’s touch!

Living Room- Before

Although every room got our special touch, the living room is where the house needed the most help.

The home owner had just purchased a lovely sectional, and a large shelving unit in the room that we had to work with.

Unfortunately the sectional was blocking the flow, and we had to move some of the pieces to the basement. We added a couple of chairs, rug, coffee table, art, and lots of accessories.

This was the most important room, where the buyers makes their decision to put in an offer.

The dining room didn’t need much help. The client had a lovely dining table and chairs. All the room needed was some flowers and some accessories on the shelves.

The Main Bathroom needed some art, white towels and a bit of green. White flowers are always a winner in bathrooms.

Girls Bedroom Before

The Girls room was lovely, but had no art over the bed. we felt it needed a bit of height and depth, so we used a neutral picture to accent and switched the night stand with the mirror to lead the eye to the light.

It always amazes me how one picture can change a whole room!

Girls Bedroom- After

Same here, we added art, mirrored night stands, crystal lamps and a chair for the desk.

Master was great, just needed some white lamps, greenery and a dark pillow to bring it all together.

Art in your bathroom makes a HUGE impact!

In the family room, we did not have to do very much. Just some pillows and accessories.

With a bit in each room, all together we transformed this house to buyer condition.
