This newly renovated Forest Hill home, has top of the line features. We staged it in the first week of January 2011, and it sold in the beginning of February, 2011. A tastefully staged home, is much more appealing to home buyers.

One of the biggest mistakes people make when listing a condo is NOT Staging it! Condo's usually have such small rooms, it is difficult for buyers to figure out how they can actually live there comfortably.

The couple who owned this house knew that the easiest way to sell and get the best price would be to call us in and get it staged. We came in, took a peak, gave them a few suggestions to fix a few items and we staged the house for sale.
