Well, when we came in to see the space it was obvious to us, the unit wasn’t presented at its best light. The fabulous loft was lovely, but only we could see it. Buyers were not falling in love.
We removed the clients living room furniture, bar stools, moved his bed into the room downstairs and staged the rest with our furniture, art and accessories.

Living Room – We brought in light sofas, a large rug, a Barcelona chair, a tall tree, lamps, large art and accessories

Dining room – we kept the clients table and chairs, added a vase with lovely flowers, and a couple of pictures on the wall.

For the kitchen, we brought in funky modern bar stools to go with the furniture we brought for the living room, added some green apples on the counter and a couple of martini glasses

We brought in a lower bed for the master with pretty bedding and art, and set it up in a way where it did not look like the ceiling is low.

On the other side of the stairs, where the client had his desk, we added a day bed to show the possibility of having a guest over.

This was a room that when we came in was empty. it was used as a dark room by a previous owner, but for the purpose of selling, its suppose to be a bedroom. As you can see… we moved the clients bed down here and added some art and mirrors on the walls to show some life in this room.

Entrance, added a mirror, to reflect what is in the living room

The Bathroom needed some help as well. it was a really nice bathroom but had no art on the walls. when the pait is mustard, it was a bit too taste sensitive. Adding neutral art on the walls, made the bathroom look that much better!
Needless to say, the Loft sold in 6 Days!
No complaints, just great feedback!
