Englewood Dining Room

Elli Davis, Agent
This beautiful home in 'Moore Park' Situated On One Of The Best Blocks Of Inglewood! Needed a bit of our help in the min areas. Living Room, Dining Room, Family room and the loft on the 3rd floor. The Main areas in the house always need to show at their best. Making space look fabulous to buyers is key in selling a home.
Moore Park, located near Mt. Pleasant and St. Clair. The neighbourhood takes its name from its developer, John T. Moore. To encourage buyers, he built two bridges in 1891: the original steel bridge on St. Clair over the Vale of Avoca, and the original wooden bridge on Moore Avenue over Spring Valley ravine. He also helped establish railway service to the neighbourhood. The development was marketed to the wealthy, and the neighbourhood remains wealthy. Moore Park was annexed by the old City of Toronto in 1910.

Living Room - we changed the furniture completely, new art, and accessories

Living room with a view of the Grand Piano. We normally dont suggest to list your home with a piano in it, but in this case, the home owner had the piano there and the living room was large enough to show both!

Dining Room - client finally found the right chairs for their dining room. We added art, and accessories.

Dining Room - its all about balance.

Family Room. Such a great room! most people would not know what to do with so much space. We made it look spacious yet inviting.

Fresh tulips when in season are always a great addition to a beautiful Dining Room
