You know those condo's that only have a photo of the building... you wonder what you are going to find inside.. especially in older buildings. This unit, had old beige carpet, and dated dated kitchen and bathrooms. Our advice was: add handles and paint the kitchen backsplash, and Stage, Stage Stage!! Adding furniture to your listing makes a world of difference! Empty condo's look small. Especially ones who are listed for a higher price. Buyers expect certain sizes of rooms after moving from a house. showing size of beds, dining table and chairs and seating areas, helps the buyer visualize themselves moving in.
