This young couple bought a new house and needed to sell this one. We came in to do the consultation and advised them to remove most of their furniture and replace with lighter, more modern items. They also had a large piano in the dining room which we strongly recommended to remove. They listened to everything we recommended and guess what? They got a great price in return.

You know those condo's that only have a photo of the building... you wonder what you are going to find inside.. especially in older buildings. This unit, had old beige carpet, and dated dated kitchen and bathrooms. Our advice was: add handles and paint the kitchen backsplash, and Stage, Stage Stage!!
