SOLD 51,000 over asking price!

Todd, from 11 Niagara in toronto, found our website on Google, and decided to call us in to see how we can help him sell his condo townhouse in Toronto, quickly and get the best price possible. So we did! Here is how we did it...

We came in assessed the situation and explained to Todd that if he wants to get the best price, he will need to change the furniture in the main area, get smaller furniture for the living area, and add an eating area.
