Lea Barclay a Harvey Kalles Sales Representative, brought us in to consult on the house, we explained to the home owners that in order to get the price they wanted they needed to make certain changes. We gave them 2 options, and after careful consideration, they decided to go with the works and do everything on our list.
They removed some of their furniture in certain rooms and we added ours, they also upgraded the appliances which we felt was really necessary to get the high price they were trying to get.
It worked. The house sold firm in a week, for $100,000 over asking price. $1,075,000
