These sellers took all our advise and boy did it pay off!  When we came in to see this condo, it had carpet, wall paper, mismatched appliances, and a lot more walls in the kitchen. Our advise was to rip out the carpet and put in a nice laminate floor, remove the wallpaper and paint the walls a neutral color. Remove as much of the kitchen walls as possible without breaking the bank – making it as open as possible. Since the appliances were very old and mismatched, we also advised to put in stainless steel. The last thing was to stage. The staging part was probably the cheapest part of the whole project, but was the cherry on the cake that brought them the best price in the building for this type of suite!
