When we came into this condo, the owner had just purchased it and once the deal was done, decided she did not like it. She wanted to put it back on the market to get her money back out.

You did it again! The job that you and your team did for our clients was, as always, first class and they were extremely pleased when they saw the final result. You were absolutely correct with your recommendations for window treatments at this condo. With a very small investment, we were able to transform a dark and dreary bedroom into a bright gem!
What no-one, myself included, expected, was the quick sale of the property. Within an hour of the photos going online we had showings booked and 24 hours later we received a great offer and ultimately sold for 99% of the asking price.
This was the highest price ever achieved for a suite of its type in the history of the building and came hot on the heels of media reports that there had been a 23% drop in real estate sales in Toronto the previous month.
