This was a nice house to begin with, but needed a some glam. We lightened the furniture, added a breakfast area, changed the art and added some flowers. With 12 offers, the owners were quite happy to recieve 210,000 over asking price. To see Slide show, click HERE

Look familiar? Many of our clients have little kids and as you know... little kids come with TOYS, lots and lots of toys! When selling your home the first thing you need to do is pack away all the kids toys. If you are going to be living in the house while the house is on the market, keep only a few essential toys, and hide them away where they will be easily accessed when needed. So we helped this lovely family make a plan, they removed all the clutter on their own - Great Job! And we Staged the most important rooms in the house for them. here is what the living room looked like once we were done...

We did it again, SOLD in under 2 weeks!
